Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Sauté Vegetables
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook 4–5 minutes until soft and fragrant.
3. Mix Base
Place bread cubes in a large bowl. Pour in sautéed vegetables and melted butter. Add poultry seasoning, sage, salt, pepper, parsley, and any optional add-ins.
4. Add Liquid
In a separate bowl, whisk together broth and eggs. Pour over the bread mixture and stir gently until evenly moistened.
5. Shape & Bake
Form mixture into golf-ball-sized portions and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 22–25 minutes, until outsides are golden and crisp but centers remain soft.
6. Serve
